• This is our closest kfc. Used it many many times. Last night they want the extra mile. For the first time we sat in to eat with our special needs son. He started to get some stupid grown men upset him. The staff could hear him upset and crying in the corner and bought him over a chocolate cookie. Might not seen like much but to us it was a huge act of kindness. They are very nice people in here and we have always been very happy with the service and food. oh and they have the best gravy. 😀

• Just used kfc rugby and they didn't give me what i paid for.extremely unhappy.

• I alongwith my family members are the frequent visitors of KFC, Rugby for last 2-3 years. We experienced full satisfaction in terms of taste, portion and value for money until on 30th September 2012, when we ordered our ususal bagain bucket. The chicken was apparantly not fresh and this was confirmed later in the evening when myself and others in my family have felt stomach problems and nausea. My advise to the KFC Rugby manager - Please be watchful of your food quality and try to maintain your old glory.
