• KFC staff on Newport road has the worst customer service ever!!!!!! Especially night times/drive through and they ALWAYS forget something while I order and when I mention it I just get stinking attitude back what happened to the customer is always right policy and I'm not the only one who has had similar problems with that store people on social media even complains about the Newport road store. It's shocking that their staff is allow to treat customers in such disgusting manner they most defiantly need training in customer service also I'm surprise thus store has an customers left NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER I'll be telling all my friends and family not to return to KFC on Newport road VILE STAFF

• I ordered large meal (carnival box meal) and I didn't got baked beans. When I asked about them member of the staff told me " In this meal they don't give beans" I needed to show him on the screen they are. Whole meal was served medium and ment to be large. On the second meal( rio trio dips box) on the corn on the cob sticker (whith a date and hour) was put on the previous one :@ I don't recomend to go there! Staff looks like they don't want to be at work at all. I'll never come back.

• Left me waiting for 10 minutes before I ordered. They appeared busy fiddling with the tills so being polite I didn't interupt them. I got fed up and asked if I could order and their response was as if they were shocked I wanted to order, like they had not seen me there! They could not get my order right and over charged by adding my food in the tills in a strange way so I ended up having to pay more than I should have. I was ill at the time so couldn't be bothered to argue but will never go back. Well done to the cashier (Georgia), you have just lost a customer.

• The young lass on the counter clearly didn't want to be there! I think I may have a heard a please. Had the charisma of John Major! I almost asked for my money back but was hungry after a 13 hour day at work. I wasn't after star treatment but a smile would have changed your grumpy face.

• Left out a barging bucket, and couldn't get hold of them on the phone no answer for 30 mins. Was for our nephew's Birthday meal "ruined" thanks KFC.

• for ever leaving somthing out what you have ordered and when trying to phone them no answer . Very annoying
