• Had kfc last night and it was awful chips were cold which they did replace then I started to eat my zinger which was ladled with salsa sauce and mayo which I didn't ask for and they gave my wife a spicy zinger burger instead of a big daddy I'm not going Penzance kfc for a while going to go Falmouth instead

• Chicken dont seem to have the taste it used to have, a lot more coating was used years ago,,its just lacking something,coating dont seem to be the same,it want looking into its not the same,

• Very slow service, although lots of staff around only one seemed to be serving another one walking around but not attempting to clean up. The floor was littered with food and every table was dirty or full of empty containers. Food was lovely but service and the state of the place put us off.

• if you use the drive through, check everything is correct before leaving...several times my order has been short. the last time i purchased a bargain bucket and a 14 piece dipping feast for a family gathering. when we got home half the chicken and the 2 boxes of popcorn chicken was missing from the dipping feast and two portions of chips were missing from the bucket. we live some way from penzance kfc so returning it is not an option as they only give you what was missing and the rest would have been cold so i phoned customer care to complain. several days later i got a letter saying that they were sorry that items were missing and gave me a voucher as a goodwill gesture, but the value of the voucher was a joke so i phoned them again and was told that they were happy with what they had done for me and could do no more. they also say that if it is not possible to return a meal in the future that i should contact the store and tell them that i will return the meal the next time i am in the area for a full refund. this is what i will do in the future and they will then get a bucket of stone cold chicken that is of no use to them...thats if i ever bother with them again if you need to contact penzance the phone number is 01736 368195
