• KFC at Northwich has redeemed itself. I called in, Aug 2014, It was clean, tidy & organized. The food order was correct & yummy. 100%

• Worst KFC I have ever been to, shortest wait time has been 20 minutes and the longest over an hour, but they don't tell you that until they have taken your money, also never the right amount of chicken in the Bargain Buckets and staff not interested

• Poor service. Need to repeat several times what you want, then, after a 3 mile trip home, your missing food! Can't the staff count!! I think a lot to do with it is that the staff don't want to work there, and then that shows in your order. I can't recommend Northwich KFC. Poor service, food on the floor, drab food and missing food from your order. Zero stars, but I have to put 1 star, so I feel cheated!

• Never again will I got there ! Bad attitudes n a hour wait for a kids meal !! N it cost £ 5.18 !!! It's a joke !

• Twice in the last 3 drive thrus I have asked for a 10 piece variety bucket and first I got 9 pieces and today I got 8 pieces. Problem being living more than 3 miles away not worth going back , I now wish there was a drive thru McDonalds in Northwich :-(
