  • 4 star reviewCalled in at about 5.30 pm I was presently surprised that it was not as busy as I expected.I ordered a 10 piece family bucket with 2 sides etc. The counter & seating looked clean & tidy.I was greeted by a pleasant young lady & gave her my order.Everything was cooked & packed well for my journey home. I & my family enjoyed our meal would certainly purchase from there again. My only complaint is that it is getting expensive.I like to take advantage of the special promotion offers. So more of those please.I have worked in retail myself & the british public are hard to please & certainly complain, but credit where credit is due I have no complaints. To the staff PLEASE keep up the good work.

  • 4 star reviewWe ate there last Friday around 4pm. Great food, as usual. Service was busy but ok - a quick as could be reasonably expected. Most of the tables were clean. Shame folks are too lazy to clean up after themselves. It's called 'good manners'. Others just like to complain because they don't have a life, and others have valid reasons and should be heard and action taken by management. We don't think 'this' way is effective. For those who have a real issue do it right and write or phone the head office, after speaking right to the site manager. Keep it coming KFC. We love you are trying every day to do it better!

  • 1 star reviewI an a heavily pregnant woman and as most women know you get extreme cravings. My craving was KFC chicken gravy. As I am very close to my due date I cannot drive therefore had to send my partner to KFC in morriston to get a large gravy and a large chicken popcorn in a taxi. He called me on the way home in the taxi saying when he went to KFC they had no gravy and that because it is a Saturday they always run out, baring in mind the closing time is 11pm and it was 10pm, and that they said there is nothing they can do. I hung up and called the 'restaurant' straight away and spoke with Ran, the manager that evening, explaining my situation, I also explained how I, myself, run a restaurant and that we close at 10pm and if a customer came in at 9.30pm and ordered food that we would have more than enough food and sauces to ensure all of our customers get what they came for and that there is no excuse. My boyfriend got home whilst I was still on the phone And told me the taxi came to £8.62. I explained this also to the manager who told me there is nothing he can do but apologise. I asked for compensation or a good will gesture seen as they didn't provide the service they should have and that people pay money on petrol or in taxi's to get to the restaurant and then what they advertise on tv and billboards is not there?! He said no there is nothing he was willing to do and that that was just the way it is. Baffled I asked for his managers name to which he gave me Sarah's full name. I asked when she would be in next and after umming and ahhhing for 3 minutes he told me she was on holiday and was not sure when she would be back. I am absolutely disgraced by this service! Jesus it's like going there and saying they've run out of chicken but 'that's just the way it is'. I am now going to call each and every day until I speak to Sarah and am expecting compensation or a good will gesture. For now I have some very dry chicken to munch on and advise nobody with any standards to go there. My cravings have been replaced with anger. Brilliant for a lady who is just about to pop.

It would just about feed two people never mind a family the mini fillets are like popcorn chicken They didnt have any 1.5 litre bottles to drink so had to give me four beakers !!!! And to top it of the food was absolutely disgusting rang and spoke to manager Sarah who offered me a free meal but don't think I would feed my family this slop again

  • 1 star reviewvisited the store today, ordered the food and asked them 5 TIMES, "not to put any bacon/ pork". When i was served by the manager Sarah, I asked again if there is no bacon and she assured me that there was no bacon. END RESULT: My food was ruined, had bacon in three food items. My advise- if the manager is irresponsibe, careless and negligent then don't blame the staff. Poor food and poor service!!
