• Went for KFC 7pm tonight chips were like they had been in microwave and chicken pieces were very disappointing certainly weren't crispy were soft and weren't very appetising

• Thought I would treat my kids and get them out of bed and go KFC this is like 9 pm drive all the way down there for a 10 piece box of chicken 2 get home and it smell & taste funny when I phoned bck I got told I would have wait up 2 30 mins for fresh chicken but my kids have school the next day went bck up again with the food I got and ended up with a boneless box they were fast but what a pain havein 2 go all the way bck

• A lot of the time the staff spend time chatting around the till . My experience was they were more interested in what my daughter was doing with her phone rather than do the job they were paid to do more training is required to build up a good relationship with the local clientele rather than the common chit chat

• Been using KFC Kirkcaldy for a while now and always been shortchanged on my order. Yet again on a recent visit the same again. This time it was not the fries or the pop corn chicken but pieces of chicken missing. Recent discussion with friends resulted on this being the norm in this branch. When will we get what we pay for? Stop ripping your customers and work hard to earn your customers loyalty. Tell your staff to talk less and work more. Train your staff to improve service
