• The chicken was awful, I think it has been lying around for a while . The next morning we were sick with stomach cramps. Never eating from there again.

• Its true to say that 9 times out of ten the food order from the drive through is cold, I only live ten minutes away but I can guarantee you that the food will be 'stone' cold. However I disagree with the service comments as the guys there are always polite.

• The worst place I've been. I do not recommend eating in this place. The bathroom is filthy, and the service is lame. Came to eat at night and the chicken was cold. I'll never eat in there again.

• Went for a drive through, had to wait for order to be taken, then had to wait even longer for order. Told everything was in the bag with wipes etc. Get home to find all the side orders missing, no wipes etc. Tried to call on phone as I didn't intend making a special 20mile round trip to collect missing items. Phone just rang with mo answer. Customer satisfaction and service poor
