• Ordered a boneless box , get home and a piece of boned chicken in box , this has happened more than once. Try contacting by phone ... No chance!

• Visited KFC over christmas, staff were very friendly eventhough it was very busy. I would definately go again!

• Visited the drive today but got the wrong order someone had ordered a similar box. Staff and the manager couldn't have been more apologetic or more helpful they replaced the order without a problem , totally enjoyed

• Absolutely rotten! Went to KFC last night and had a sitty in instead of the usual drive through...big mistake however I wish I had done it sooner then I would have known never to go there again.. The cleanliness was apaling. Litteraly 4 tables in so pretty quiet but every single table was full of rubbish, sauce all over the tables and chairs, coke all over the floor and no wet floor sign, napkins all over the place. While the staff were just casually stood behind the counter looking bored as hell when they should have been out front cleaning up. I was seriously put off my food because of the surroundings and if the area where the customers could see was that unclean I dread to think what it looks like out of view.

• visited 22nd december and was served by a young ignorant girl, she forgot to give us the drinks , i went to the counter no apology just flung them on the counter, sat down again and realised my partner had not got his side order off her, i went yet again back up and her response was WHAT!!!!! i explained she hadnt gave us the side order, she stormed round the to some oven drawer got them out and literally flung them at me, unbelievable and disgusting , wont be back again
