• The KFC has a great atmosphere and my server Nathan was polite and very nice. he helped me greatly with my order and even explained some of the deals, it has been the best fast food experience i have had in a while. overall 5 stars would recommend.

• Very poor customer service. Made to feel like I was an inconvenience while the staff chatted and ignored the fact that I had been given hot food and made to wait while they messed around for the rest of my order. Maybe Kfc Should train and supervise their staff to ensure they give a toss about customers

• Staff members are completely rude, very poor service skills one member of staff in particular named Jack with brown hair. No eye contact or concentration during service. Completely and utterly disgusted very poor! I will not be returning any time soon

• Staff were rude and messing about while getting served, very un proffesional, refused to swap the gravy for beans as don't like the gravy. And when I asked for sauce they practically threw it at me, not impressed :(

• I GET TOLD BE ONE OFF MY FRIEND USED TO WORK PREVIOUSLY FOR KFC IN GREAT YARMOUTH ,THE TEAM MEMBERS CHANGING THE LABELS OF BBQ BEANS AND GRAVY POTS, EVEN FRONT OF COSTUMERS THEY TAKE EXPIRY DATE off( WHAT SHOULD BE THROW IN WASTE EVERY 4 hours ) but obviously they just put a new date and sell it to costumers and even chicken been cooked, if dont been sold in next 3 hours should be put in waste but in Atlantic kfc( marine parade GREAT YARMOUTH) obviously chicken been display all day and still sold to costumers , and staff smoking and eating i kitchen area , dont wash handes befor serve a costumers no hygienic,
