• The k.f.c. I have just had at the new place on north road was without doubt the worst meal I have ever had cold chips no chicken that tasted like cardboard avoid at all costs.

• The KFC on Yarm road is pretty poor in terms of getting the orders right. Been there a few times in the past couple of months, 3/4 times got my orders wrong. when I complained online , no response was given. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.!!

• I totally disagree with the previous reviews, I visit KFC Northgate at least once a week and the staff welcomingly acknowledge me every time! On occasions when there has been a delay I am always told how long I will have to wait, which I don't have a problem with as the food is always fresh and good quality. Of course you won't always get your food within a matter of seconds, the staff have conversation with me and are always polite. Like I said, I visit the store frequently and have never had a bad experience, keep it up!

• Awful - staff don't have a clue. Always running out of stuff - I.e. chips, gravy, beans, hash browns heck even chicken!!!! You order a meal and its always wrong and not what you ordered for example just ordered nacho stacker and got a wicked zinger burger, no hash brown, no tomatoe and no sauce!? And still paid full price! Also got a thigh instead of a leg! Staff just don't give a s**t and they're clearly very poorly managed. Stay away - McDonalds is down the road and their chicken tastes better than this sh*t!!

• TERRIBLE....on arrival loud music was been played in the restaurant it seemed like more of a nightclub than anything else...when asking staff to turn it down they just laughed and walked away...had to wait nearly 15 minutes for food and after we eventually got served there was no apologies made for the wait and the food was freezing ....DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

• i would stay away from the yarm road kfc .. staff dont give you what you order and if they dont have the sauses in stock they dont say till you get home and realize.food was cold and not nice i normally go to north road and will never go back to yarm road as the staff are brain dead and the manager just kept saying ill give you 10% discount even though i said i didn't want 10% discount i just wanted my order..summery . brain dead staff to...and a numb manager
