• Place order after having to wait 10 mins to be served because only one person on counter, after waiting another 10 mins after placing the order, the guy told me there would be a "20-30 min wait for chicken", ended up leaving it and getting a refund. We're supposed to be getting a McDonalds here soon, so this place needs to sort itself out or they'll be out of business before the end of the year.

• call here every sunday night on way back from abersoch with 2 friends through the holiday season and have never had bad service or a bad meal.

• POOR! I waited untill 11 for some soggly chips + chicken, DO NOT COME HERE

• Scrap service, food slapped together. Chips are always soggy and have been sat there for 15 minutes prior under the hot plate bagged up. Staff are unfriendly. They got my order wrong TWICE. And one of those times I was served by the 'Manager'
