• A thoroughly relaxing experience. The staff are all polite and friendly and nothing is too much bother. My hair always looks amazing when I leave the salon and the cut keeps its shape from one appointment to the next. It would be lovely to have someone do your nails while having your hair cut and an area set aside for eyelash tinting and brow shaping would be a real bonus. Food for thought maybe, Kenneth?

• I enjoy the experience, as everyone is lovely and friendly. They take time to make sure you are comfortable however I have had some experiences of them not listening, such as asking for half an inch and you walk out with 1 1/2 inches off. I would also say that it would be useful if they had both time for a consultation with your natural hair before it's cut, and a style book for the customer to look at for a new cut.
