  • 2 star reviewFound 11 faults on Kawasaki bought from them.Ok it was cheap but one was the exhaust cam and two where safety related. Missing clip on petrol pipe. One of the rear chain adjustment bolts was loose rear wheel out of alignment

  • 5 star reviewMassive range of bikes on offer for all budgets. I thought the owner Tony was very approachable and took time to talk to me. The bike I bought is awesome and they went the extra mile for me I thought . I part run our family company and meet lots if different people, I think how you approach a salesman is often how you are received.I will certainly recommend them. I

  • 1 star reviewRude, rude, rude. The boss wouldn't let me test ride the Tiger...not a test ride shop I was told. How they keep trading baffles me. Just plain unfriendly...

  • 5 star reviewused this shop for the first time this week have to say impressed with service and price of the bike, their prices appear to be very realistic and a lot lower than other dealers yes they can be a bit direct in their answers but I prefer that to the usual lets be your best friend approach of some dealers here no nonsense and clear answers and a very helpful approach early days yet but on first impression I would recommend Keep biking good pricesand a no nonsense approach works for me

  • 2 star reviewDrove from Milton Keynes to Brackley. Wanted to buy a Honda CBF1000. Met the 1st salesperson & gave him positive buying signals. He must have been the worst salesperson ever, as he never really chatted with me or tried to open a constructive dialogue. Lazy as hell, he was more concerned with lining the bike up correctly. Amazes me the amateur salespeople working in the biking industry. Would have loved it, if they said, have a cuppa mate. Now what are U looking for, how long have you been riding etc, etc. Using a few friendly social skills. Probably asking for too much, as I am v disappointed with the useless people I find in the biking industry. Sorry to be negative. Will probably buy & sell privately.

  • 1 star reviewVery poor service, not friendly. Told off for dropping bike off 10 mins late for MOT. Run 15 mins before they shut to say its ready. Bought my first bike from them. Spending £3k. 6 months later wanted upgrade & try bigger bike but told "you going to buy it?" I said not sure, need to ride it first! Told,"we are not test ride shop, go to main dealer" Can understand if i just randomly walked in. But i Spent large amount with them not 6 months before hand. Avoid these idiots, go to OnYehBike instead.

  • 3 star reviewGood price, nice bike. Bit mean on the trade in value of my old bike, but ok I suppose.not the friendliest service .bike advertised with removable baffle. When queried why it wasnt there, told that they would have advertised it as being included if it was there. Stupid answer.fobbing me off. Maybe a trip to charm school might help

  • 2 star reviewI bought a yamaha fazer and the bike is good :) the points that let down the experience of buying the bike from keep biking was I was not told when I paid a deposit by phone it needed a new rear tyre ,and it only had 12 days left on the tax , and a panel was broken, Allso when I turned up to buy the bike i was shocked to find the price had gone up by £25 to what the bike was priced at on the Internet ! and the Internet price was the same as when I spoke to the guy on the phone when paying the deposit ! The £25 was dropped only when I proved the price because I saved the advert on my phone :/ . Then the guy was very cold towards me so its just like a car sales man i will kiss your feet till i get the money then bye bye !!! I won't be buying my next bike from keep biking :( .
