• Disgusted you tried to over charge my child today after his summer scheme. We used you all last week and his journey was under £5, however a driver today said it was £6 and the child was in such a state as he didn't have enough to pay. We're trying to teach him independence getting ready for secondary school and this experience was very unhelpful. What's worse when my partner called to complain and ask why he was told the driver had to wait 10 minutes for him and charged extra. This is a lie. The driver called my partner asking where the location was as he got lost. The scheme finishes same time every day and there were no issues all last week so why today? The girl in the office was rude and hung up, so we've taken our business elsewhere for rest of week but you should be ashamed victimising a young child on his own.

• Thia company used to be reliable but, based on my last few attempted bookings, it now mostly isn't. Drivers have picked up the wrong passenger, gone to the wrong place, have taken other jobs claiming I wasn't there and I've been sent mini buses I can't get into despite having said I want a car not a bus. Looking for another company!
