• Was told i had to out a deposit on the car before i was allowed a test drive. directors of company look like a pair of gypsies. steer well clear unless you want serious grief. i had the salesman and two directors raising their voices at me. no a car on the premises with damage on it somewhere.

• Cars poorly prepared. Saw a golf gti described as being a stunning example. Got there and it was a complete rust bucket. Also seen angry customers returning faulty cars.... Would not touch with a barge pole

• just visit junction26 cars today,after viewed some of the comets was a bit unshaw,Wan i got to dealership more than happy with the vehicle i purchased,Condition of the vehicle was as good as they said so.Sales staff was very helpfull,Service history up to date everything was like they said,more than happy with my purchase ,Thank u

• Placed a deposit down on a car, luckily placed a caviat on the deposit that should service history not be found would get back. Car still had outstanding finance and finance company would not release the docs, eventually got deposit back after sitting in the office until it was refunded! Shocking service, shocking garage..Lucky Escape

• Enquired about an Audi A3 I saw on line. After taking the vehicle for a test drive I decided to go a head and buy the vehicle. I must I love it. Thanks guys.

• I also had a terrible experience with Junction 26, they lied to me, also wrote wrong m on warranty. Refused to pay or fix gearbox problem. Terrible company and surely will go bust, please stay away unless you want a world of problems with your car

• Went here to test drive a vehicle I saw online. When I got there the mileage was way over and I'm sure they would not have mentioned it. Also, was not keen on the sales technique I experienced. It all seemed a bit dodgy to me...

• Shocking service, lied to on several occasions and substandard repairs made to vehicles. My wheel came loose 2 days after purchasing my X type Jag. I never got the key code for the radio despite chasing on 8 different occasions, I gave up and went to Jaguar in the end. The car broke down 2 weeks later due to a dodgy repair they had done, the clutch had been replaced and they secured the induction pipe with a cable tie causing it to blow off and leave me stranded in Bristol. They entered the milage incorrectly on the warranty causing it to be void. They had removed and refitted the drive shaft incorrectly when changing the clutch and the drive shaft failed one month after purchase and I had to pay for the repair because the warranty was voided. They refused to pay any costs even though it was all down to them. They are an absolute disgrace and a perfect example of how not to run a business, Arthur Daily is more reliable than those cowboys.
