• first time there puchased the 35 pound vape for 25 pound on filling the staff managed to spray the liquid all over my niece .purchased another for the mother and had to return before as didnt work replaced no problem.first vape purchased failed after two days ,went to shop and the lad was a bit stoppy because he had to put a two pound wick in to try fix the problem ,asked for money back as not fit for purpase and was told no.steer clear happy to take the money but not deal with problems.

• brought countless amounts off batterys all packed in and had to return to the shop 3 times in one morning becuase every battery they sold me dident work and then i got told to buy a more expensive one for £75 and that has also packed iup, brought coils and astomizers that dont work and reccomended this place to friends and they have also had the same trouble, so i feel let down

• I dont normally do reviews. But this places needs one. Im blown away with everything. Im going to keep shopping there and also inform my friends and family. There products are the best and aslo very cheap. Not just that there is a 5 star customer service. Is worth checking out for sure.

• Hi my name is Donna, I feel I have to post that these guys sell the best products I have come across. If you like menthol then the best ever taste is the Hangsen which is 70% pure flavour and trust me guys it's heaven. Why go anywhere else. Also stall outside macdonalds in derby. Defiantly hard to beat.
