• I took a white tuxedo to be cleaned.There were some coffee stains on the jacket, hence the need for cleaning. I paid up front for the executive clean. I waited a week for the jacket to be returned and found that the coffee stains were still there. The lady at the shop sent the jacket back and a week later ,I went to collect it. The coffee stains were still there! The young man at the shop offered to send it back again. I refused. I phoned up, what Johnsons call customer services and spoke to a lady, who I can only describe as less than polite who told me that the jacket had been cleaned but they had not removed the stains. They do not guarantee to remove stains. How therefore can they claim to Have cleaned the jacket.? This cost me nearly £15. My advice-find another cleaner!
