I've used the Riverfield dry cleaners twice recently, both times the lady dealing with my garments was rude, abrupt and extremely unhelpful. The dry cleaners is on my doorstep but I would rather travel into town rather than use this one again. I suggest the staff go on a customer service course and realise they aren't doing me a favour by cleaning my items and that I am actually a paying customer. Rating history and distribution
