• Bought a car from the company approximately 6 weeks ago. Paid in full and there were problems before I even drove it off the forecourt. They had over 3 weeks notice that I needed to pick up the car by a certain date and they were still 4 days late handing the keys over. I then realised that the parcel shelf, glove box, gear stick casing and air conditioning were all broken; returned the car and they fixed them under the warranty. The glovebox and gear case casing were so badly repaired I have had to get them redone by another garage. And to top it all off; within 6 weeks of purchasing, the clutch had to be replaced and unsurprisingly was not covered by the warranty they provided. Absolutely terrible company!!!

• From my experience I would never buy from or recommend to anyone. I took delivery of a car that had passed an independent garages mot, to later find out through investigation that it had failed the mot by them for cuts to all seatbelts then repaired and presented to the mot station for a pass, then I found out all the damaged seatbelts were still fitted and I was assured by the mot station the vehicle was presented for retest with 5 serviceable seatbelts so passed so whatever happened after this time is anyone's guess. So please please get an independent vehicle inspection, road legal but not road worthy. Mrs g

• Absolute joke of a company. Nice as pie once your signing a contract with them for finance. Within 1 day of owning am 18 month old car it wouldn't start leaving me & my 11 month old stranded. They provided a courtesy car. They failed to attach the towing eye properly so my new car ended up going flying down a busy road & nearly crashing. I happened to see this yet they failed to mention it to me until I asked. 2months later I had the same problem with the car leaving me stranded yet again with my poorly son. After ringing the company who assured me upon sale in had a 3 month warranty, they then turned into nasty, arrogant & argumentative men who refused to repair the car. I had to call the aa who luckily took pity on me crying with my poorly son &fixed it straight away. Less than 12 months since buying the 2010 plate car, it is now a none starter once again & I just cannot afford to have it repaired so I'm dragging my son round on 2 buses to get to nursery & a further bus to get me to work. This company turned once I'd signed on the dotted line. Buyers beware. I wouldn't even buy a remote controlled car from them
