• If I could give a zero rating I would. Returning back from my daughters birthday picnic at Kenwood House on a Sunday evening, we had the misfortune of our car over-heating. We were passing the so-called "service station" so pulled in for help. What we received was the worst service I have ever experienced. The proprietor was happy enough to sell us oil, but asked us to leave when we put up the bonnet and started to use the oil. We explained the situation and he said we should push the car onto the road and await the AA there. We pointed out that there was no space on the road and he suggested a spot on the opposite side! We refused since we didn't feel like pushing our car across a busy London road at dusk. At which point he said he was expecting a delivery and we would have to move once it arrived. When the AA arrived, the proprietor would not allow the van on his forecourt. In the time it took for the AA to do an emergency fix no delivery arrived. Quelle surprise! Avoid at all costs!
