• I spend around £30 per week at this takeaway, but this stands for nothing to the owners. Over the last few months I've had to telephone to complain for a number of reasons (late delivery, very cold on arrival, wrong items delivered, etc., etc.). When I speak to the ladies who work there, they're very polite, but when I speak to the manager, he just dosn't care. I havn't ever had an an apology from the management. He seems to not give a damn for customers; he only cares for their money. Started using Bene's in Port Seton. The food is fantastic and the customer service is second-to-none.
