• Staff are very cheeky to members of the public and you feel like a 2nd class citison when you sighn on. The members of staff have no manners what so ever. Everytime I sighn on I walk out the jobcentre even more depressed .the universal job match is attrocious aswell I have applied for atleast over 100 jobs in the last 2 months and no word what so ever. I think they should reconsider ujm and think about getting it gone . I also think they should be a bit more sympathetic on people who generally have problems in life . But instead u get sanctioned for the stupidest of things .
