• Rip off, charged a young customer £25 to do nails, then proceeded to rush the job, acrylic nails are supposed to last 2 - 3 weeks? staff challenged why the nails Fell of so soon after having done, but was phobed off and promised a discount next time but charged a further £25 to put it right? When manger was challenged afterwards manger tried to pretend he didn't understand. When paying cash conveniently no receipt is issued so no proof of time scale ...

• Dirty & unhygienic, reused towels for pedicures, don't wash foot spa between customers, feet 'shavings' all over foot spa and floor. Overall bad experience. :(
