• Absolutely brilliant shop for the size. Always well stocked and very reasonably priced. I've shopped here for many years and will continue to do so. The staff are very friendly and helpful a credit to the owner

• Ha ha! So true, it's a pretty freaky place sometimes. It does sell beer and cigarettes though, reasonably priced. Nice selection of sweets and magazines too. I wouldn't do a weekly shop there unless you were living in the woods but it's ok for random freezables.

• Having always believed in the importance of supporting small, local businesses we have gone out of our way to ensure that we did as much as possible of our shopping at Jaycees! Unfortunately I have come to realise that trying to support "the ideal" is far from working when the staff is outright rude. Whilst I am sure the 5-600 quid a month drop in takings is tiny I do hope that the management sees fit to employ staff that will actually make people want to do their shopping at Jaycees! Personally we will be making sure to shop elsewhere!
