• I had to call out Hays to attend to a malfunction in our heating. The engineer, Stuart was very good, . Quickly identifying the problem and sorting it out. Very knowledgeable and professional, keeping me informed at all time. Great service.

• Really good company, came out day after calling and fixed problem with the boiler. First class service and will be my first line of call with any future problems.

• After weeks and weeks of visits, waiting back and forth plus phone calls, the final time he came out the circuit board "broke" (which he didn't tell us and cost nearly £500 to fix!) and then left us without heating for 4 days (with a newborn baby). When we called to complain and if he could get it fixed asap he said he can't be bothered with us complaining and to get someone else!! Totally unreliable, would not recommend this company.
