• Very dissapointed with jade palace today! I took 11 yr old daughter in for a treat and we sat down ordered 2 cans juice, daughter had bowl of chicken noodle soup and i had 3 prawns and little bit of salad when got telephone call to say there was a family emergency. We had to leave quickly and i was charged £11.10 we never even got to eat what we put out...I still cannot beleive this and telephoned later in the day to complain and was told they had to charge buffet prices as we had put the food out and opened cans!!!! They took of price of one buffet but £11.10 for a drink of juice.

• Great new concept, hope it catches on with everyone. Lovely meals at great prices,staff always friendly. Can't fault it
