• I have always found J.R.'s to be an amazing company. I will always use them for my cars. I have been using them since 2008. I have purchased 2 cars from them and they have both been great cars. They have also done all of my repairs for the 2 cars that I own even though only 1 of them was purchased from them, speedily and at a very reasonable cost. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and all of the staff are very friendly.

• Purchased a mercedes and was really impressed by the service, ok they wouldn't haggle on the price but they done everything I asked, like refurbing the alloy wheels etc and I have had no problems with the car in two months of motoring, and they were all a pleasure to deal with and were never pushy and offered all the test drives that I wanted, would definitely buy from them again.

• We have just purchased a car. The guys are friendly honest and a great bunch of blokes. If you want some jack the lad sales person and flashy showroom go else where. They are what they are and what you see is what you get. Nice cars at a fair price. Well done

• I went to JR Motors...never bought a car there before as we are loyal customer of other Garage..I only have 5k cash to spend..we were looking for a second car for running around and we spotted what we really liked. There was no heavy sales..the rep was the owner..we agreed on a deposit...but I was worried because of the review I read and what other people have said! When we went to collect the car we were met by Graeme..he was superb, car was checked, all our questions answered, we were amazed!! It is unfair that some of you there have given comments even on an even kerb that is the responsibility of the Council or Highways! Let us be fair..it was a very good experience we had and we will definitely comeback and talk about our experienced to others!

• I wish I had listened to these reviews! I did not and I went there. The cars are overpriced and there is no haggling. The car was being sold without a mechanical inspection- that was to be done after I paid a deposit. The 3 month warranty mean that they'd do 'halves' with me on anything that needed to be fixed for 3 months. Oh and get this- the car pulled to the left because the roads are warped!! NO NO No Hell no!

• Avoid like the plague, wide boy sales reps, poor quality cars, misleading deposit advice, my advice? spend a little bit extra and go to a manufactor approved dealer for a genuine car

• Poor quality cars, dishonest service and very poor description of vehicles. The kind of place that gives used car dealers a bad name. Avoid!
