• Mr Brown gave us a quote and having started work he didn't turn up when promised making a small job into a long process. He increased the amount of the quote during the job then on presentation of the final invoice he had increased it again making increase of over 100% on the original. When asked for clarification he simply ignored the message. So sorry we employed him.
