• STEER CLEAR OF THIS CAR DEALER. Car Broke down on the day it was bought and has been recovered twice after that.It has major engine failure and has been parked up on my drive for more than two months. Cost of repairs is more than the car is worth. No money back. No car to use. Make your own mind up

• Avoid this car dealers at all costs nothing but problems with both cars bought from here. £7,000 spent with this company and refused to do anything when both cars faulty poor service!

• I purchased a car from J & M Motors and almost from day one I experienced starting problems. They refused to swap it for something more reliable and continued to patch it up until the warranty expired. Recently it broke down and they refused to collect it so another garage picked it up & it cost me over £800 to repair. I both wrote to them & called them but they didn't reply and I have now taken the matter up with Trading Standards as the car was not fit for purpose. Stay Clear!

• STEER WELL CLEAR OF J&M MOTORS! I've had nothing but trouble with the car i have recently purchased and im being refused a refund. STAY AWAY!
