• was really impressed with Nicola, it was clear that she was a highly skilled, experienced and passionate stylist. She listened to what I wanted, we explored ideas together and she understood what I was looking for. I was delighted with my hair, she did such a fantastic job. I also loved the feel of Istana, the salon was such a calm, peaceful and relaxing space. More than that though Nicola went above and beyond to help me have the best experience, customer service was 10/10. When Nicola finished I couldn’t stop smiling, I was so pleased and I know it sounds cheesy to say I felt beautiful but I genuinely did and that’s huge for me. It was the first time in many years that I could look in the mirror and be happy with my reflection. I think what Nicola and her team offer at Istana which is different to most salons is there is such a warm and friendly welcome with zero judgement, only quality products used, a selection of highly skilled hair services and a relaxing experience in a peaceful salon. There are so many hairdressers in Stonehaven now so it’s difficult to choose but if you are unsure I cannot recommend Istana enough.😀👌🏻 💇🏻‍♀️
