• Went here to have my hair put up before an awards ceremony, it lasted an hour and a half before it dropped and started falling out. Called them in the morning after spending £45 on having it put up, and they accused me of lying, wanted photographic evidence of it falling out. Expected me to have left the awards ceremony to go back to have it all out back in again. Awful awful customer service, they got angry and defensive
