• Lovely girl! Really helpful. Showed how to work pram etc thoroughly. When we tried to call her to collect the goods - we couldn't get her. However my partner emailed and she responded within 2 minutes confirming a time to collect. Received everything today and have just unpacked - all good!

• worst shop ever. New mums please stay away never got the pram I ordered she took the money and it took 10 weeks to get my money back. her voice is just as bad as her shop. AWFUL.

• Phone constantly rings out the goes on to answer machine message however when you leave your number no one ever bothers to phone you back. Dreadful customer service. Would not recommend.
