• Disgusting service. My wife booked a taxi for 18:00 and was left standing in the cold and dark for nearly an hour after being told there might be a slight delay, then being told there was not a driver in the area. I ended up leaving work during my shift to pick her up myself. Why take a prebooked time for a service you couldn’t provide? Certainly wouldn’t recommend this company especially if you value your safety or your time.

• Awful untrustworthy company. We booked a taxi from Manchester to Congleton and was quoted £55. To use their app you have to input your bank details to book a taxi or they cancel it, I understand that they do this to avoid no shows etc but after speaking to a lady on the phone the day before our scheduled pick up she assured me we would have a pending amount as Pre authorisation and wouldn’t be debited if we paid by cash. As a group of 5 we all paid for the taxi on the night along with a tip. I was appalled the next day when £86 went out of my bank account and a further £66 was pending! After over a week of phoning ,emailing and being repeatedly lied to, told their was no managers in to deal with it, then assured a refund was done twice over…certainly wasn’t! So In the end I had to drive to Hanley and go into the office to get it sorted. They claimed the fare was £86 so £31 extra than the agreed price, but we only added a drop off which was on the same route anyway! They had no intention of sending my money back that in theory they stole!! So I was forced to go into the office which I fount very intimidating. They seem to think they can scam people out of money, probably assuming your too drunk to know, tell continuous lies and probably hope you just go away!
