Have used you since you opened , because we know you and you are from staplehurst and deliver to us, but service has gone down, last time order wrong but let go. But tonight really bad, late by 30 minutes, then order wrong no Nan's , rang very unhelpful , said Nan's in 30 mins what good is that, free meal next time don't think so, never use them again, so much for being loyalI have had many meals from Indian express and cannot fault them. The staff are always polite and friendly, the food is delicious and recommend it to family and friends. Rating history and distribution
