• We've used this takeaway for several years, and have just had the last straw. An hour after my order was supposed to arrive, I phoned them to be told that they were outside my house, and surprise surprise, another half hour later it still hadn't arrived. I was then left on the phone for ten minutes. The delivery man eventually turned up two hours late and said that he was having trouble with his courtesy car. I would not recommend this takeaway unless you can actually go there to collect your meal. Their customer services are atrocious, and they should splash out on another delivery driver if they want repeat orders.
