• We had windows fitted by this company They came highly recommended The customer service is appalling I rang to complain that my windows was howling when it’s windy I’m still waiting for a reply after a rude sales person visited my home and told me didn’t know what the problem was and to arrange another visit I’m still waiting for that appointment meanwhile whistling windows I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY my 25 year old windows was better Il await a reply ....

• I have no complaints with the service I received from the fitters nor the quality of the product we purchased, but over 9 weeks after fitting I am still waiting for a guarantee. Office manager hasn't had the time to provide one! Sadly, his lack of response has brought my score down.

• What a fantastic team! Our neighbour had a fall and was unfortunately on the ground 24 hours without anyone realising. After making the call they were here within 5 minutes to help out and did everything they could to get into the house and help our neighbour! They even waited to check she was ok! 5 star service!
