• We had a Sunday lunch on my wife's birthday 22nd August..we chose the roast beef this was the worse Sunday lunch we have ever experienced ...hardly no gravy ,cauliflower was all stalk no florets rock hard, baton carrots not cooked no peas stated there is in the list of vegetables roast potatoes ,mashed potatoes and the roast beef itself was very tough and unappetising....very disappointed in this meal maybe the kitchen staff were having a bad day ...could not recommend hench one star ...for having it brought to our table

• Some of the previous reviews appear to be for The Hungry Horse pub down the road, The Reservoir, and not for this business, The Hungry Horse pet supplies. The Hungry Horse pet supplies is a fantastic place. A large variety of stock for all sorts of pets & livestock, from budget lines to top brands & great value for money. Friendly, knowledgeable & helpful staff are on hand for any queries you have, big or small. I highly recommend them.

• You have to wait in the bar queue to ask for toilet paper as they do not put toilet paper in the toilets. Plus no hand wash either. You will be taken ill if eat here due to lack of hygiene facilities

• Terrible service,didn't have half the stuff we were wanting to order,waited atleast 15 minutes for a pudding and then we were told they didn't have the stuff for it ending up in a refund which took a while. Staff weren't the best and didnt know what they were doing!

• What a nightmare, friendly staff who had no idea, nice manager but waited for over 90min for cold food. Everyone was complaining, felt sorry for the manager, never go there again. Ended up going to a chippy.
