• Can't fault them aside from occasional slow delivery times when they are very busy. Opened an account for us when we had no history with them. Friendly staff. Honest--in contrast with Oil 4 Wales--who billed us for oil never delivered & refuse to reimburse.

• Left my disabled father without oil over xmas in sub zero temperatures last year. Abusively harassed and physically threatened him at his home because he was really struggling to cope paying their extortion living on disability benefit, then mercilessly hounded him through the courts while lying about their conduct to judges in order to make a profit from interest and costs. don't be fooled by the false customer service. when the chips are down howells are very nasty people and only interested in money.
