• Lovely bedroom. Hate the "kitchen worktop" style tops which we didn't agree to but are stuck with and lots of damage to our bedroom and hall stair landing which was newly decorated. Lots of paint chipped, dirty marks. Wood gouged and damaged on the stairs and then countless dirty marks and scrapes everywhere. Will need to decorated again which makes me very angry as we had just paid nearly £1000 for those areas. Very unhappy about that but I guess it is tough. Shame because those elements spoil an otherwise good job but it is expensive to put right so won't let it slide without comment.
