• after buying a gant lambs wool top I got a svere allergic reaction from the material,it was in the sale at 45 pounds reduced from 65 pounds. I wanted to exchange it for the same in coyyon but was told I would have to pay 85 pounds for the same in cotton.The assistant told me I could have bought the top in another shop but then got one of the assistants who was involved in selling me the top to verify the sale.The man called john who refused to help me that the manager was not today but it turned out that john was the manager at the gant clothes.I spoke to the under manager in house of fraser who got me a credit note for the 45 pounds. The attitude was far from what you would expect in the old jenners having been a loyal customer for many years.John the gant manager was abusive and arrogant and even threatened to have me removed from the store for not being happy with the service.I can say that they will not get the chance to threaten me again as I AM NO LONGER A CUSTOMER IN THE HOUSE OF FRASER
