• been with them for some time. The company are certainly abrupt and condescending but apart from that, no real complaint.

• worst experience of our lives condescending attitudes, rude, lacking in compassion unique contracts with affiliation to other businesses and a view to withholding deposits and bullying type reasoning whilst trying to source tradesmen work seemingly on speed dial... gives agents on this area a bad name.. to pay enough for a decent mortgage and have the intrusive illegal 3 monthly inspections was too much on top of the we are better than you attitudes just makes our plight to have our own home happen sooner! Warning ask to see contracts before you agree and seriously try elsewhere! good luck people i hope this helps somebody!
