• My husband and I, popped into the shop the other day, to check out a possible suitable chair for me as I'm disabled and was "greeted" by the owner (?) very rudely with "are u coming into the shop or are you just gonna stand outside" When I finally was able to negotiate the step into the shop, I explained...or tried to...explain that I needed a chair that was solid and high. Certainly NOT a low chair. Unfortunately, the woman (owner?) obviously wasn't listening to my needs...she was very pushey, trying to get me to sit on chairs that were far to low, even though I told her many times they were too low! She did ask for a contact number incase any suitable chairs came in, and after a few messages, my husband, has since gone back and guess what...has been sold a chair which is far too low. I've now got a chair where I have had to put on an extra seat cushion on (and it's still not high enough) and also another cushion behind my back for comfort. So all in all,she definitely wasn't helpful at all. It's a shame I have to give 1* cause the service is worth none
