• Joy of joys. After a lifetime (my 7 years of living here) in a culinary dessert Bollington has food that is fresh, moorish and delightful. Bollington is a Manchester suburb that should have been on the foodies trail for years with its disproportion of middle class 'blow ins' keen to pay for good fair, but until now it has been dull and poor - exactly what southerners expect northern fodder to be (i.e. me). The tapas at the Hollybush is such a relief, such a truly pleasurable relief to those who just want decent food at decent prices. I am almost too scared to post this in the fear that it will disappear as quickly as it came At last something to support that deserves support on the basis of its quality rather than its just being local
