• We feel disappointed that you feel this way and aggrieved that you write such terrible things. We strive on our fantastic reputation of selling over 500 vehicle per year over the past 44 years in business. We have never received bad feed back before. This was on a very busy day full of pre arranged appointments. "Walk in" customers are very important to us, however we have try and concentrate on customers that are already booked in, hence cannot drop everything with no prior notice. A very busy business is a very successful business. Apologise for being too busy

• RUBBISH! Absolutely terrible customer service. Told that I couldn't go on the test drive if I was not almost certain about the car. Very rude - made me think the cars were stolen with the thuggish attitude that was given. Savage seeing as I had the money in cash for the car I wanted - learn some customer service skills. Not even worthy of 1/5 but I have to give it in order to warn everyone else.
