• I have always found Highway Cycles an excellent shop. I understand Justin no longer works for them !!

• I called the shop to ask about if the repair on my Scott bike had been completed and someone named Justin (I dealt with Tom originally) said "yeah, just come in and check mate". I asked if he could just check and he tutted and just said "come in and check" and hung up. When I went into the store I asked if he was Justin and he said yes, I told him I was the person he spoke to rudely over the phone of which he became aggressive and said "so what do you want to know?". I told him he knew what I wanted to know. With that he tutted again, shaking his head and shouted "Oi Tom, is that Scott finished?" when 'Tom' asked what time the owner of the bike was coming in Justin walked over nodded over his shoulder in my direction and in front of my son said "c*nt over there". After I got my bike back I asked for the owners details and he said he was not authorised to give them but would pass on my phone number so I could complain about his attitude and conduct. That was weeks ago now and no phone call. I called the store again and asked for the owners details again and he said "I told ya mate, Im not giving you the details" and hung up. Do not deal with Highway Cycles, Justin is a an arrogant nasty, lazy little piece of work with no respect at all for customers or customer service. Amazed he is in gainful employment in any company. Bad shop, dreadful manager, bad experience. AVOID!!!

• i go to their shop in Hertford, just past Sainsburys. staff are always helpful, very knowlegeable and have lots ofd stuff in stock. its a great asset to hertford
