• We used to love Herbies Pizza and were regular customers, the change of management was the beginning if the end, pizzas arrived later and nothing was quite right? Then tonight happened......... We ordered at 19:50 and were told it would be delivered in 30 min, no such luck. I phoned again at 20:55 and was told another 10-15min, ha, if only! They arrived at 21:30 but that is not all, the pizzas were cold, the stuffed crust had different (unappetising) cheese in the crust, they sent all the wrong dips (we had asked for garlic & herb only) and the ribs were the bare bones of lamb (?) chops and I mean only the bones! I wouldn't give them to my dog. We were so hungry we ate what we could of the pizzas and phoned them back, after deliberation they sent more ribs which turned out to be anemic lamb chops again, despite pork ribs being advertised on the website??? When we sent them back, now 2.5 hours after we ordered, the manager phoned me saying they were busy and insinuating this was to be expected and arguing. This totally ruined our evening and after 5 years of being a regular customer we will never order from them again.

• Wow! Amazing food for a brilliant price, much cheaper and tastier than dominos! loads of yummy choices, friendly staff and always delivered in good time!
