• I called up these plumbers for a quote to install a small radiator after my old one had sprung another leak. They said they would send someone around the next morning, but wouldn't confirm a time. The next morning, one of their plumbers turned up at 8am. He measured the radiator and said he would go and pick up a new one, I told him I wanted a quote first! He called his boss and gave him the measurements, his boss declined to give me a quote at that time and I was told they would call me after the weekend. On Monday morning, a woman representing the company called me and quoted the job as £360! What a rip off! I had a radiator installed last year by another company and was only charged £140.
