• A big let down! Failed to keep an appointment made 2 months earlier and confirmed again in the same week. Wasted half a day taking our Airedale puppy for his first hand strip only to find the owner,Brian, had decided to go to a show instead. No phone call to apologise or explain. Rude, unprofessional and unreliable. Don't use.
