My flat garage roof leaks after less than three years!!!
After two failed appointments without a hint of an apology, and many many phone calls, Harrowby Roofing eventually turned up at the house when they knew I was not present. I was then accused of leaving nails on the felt even though I have never had a ladder at the property and have no desire to go clambering about up there with or without nails. The only people I am aware of being on my roof were Harrowby Roofing staff themselves.
Of course Harrowby Roofing cannot accept any responsibility for a leaking roof if it has old nails on it and I cannot prove who actually put the nails up there as I was not around to see it. I must now find a reputable roofing company to repair the roof I paid Harrowby Roofing for less than three years ago.
If you do not want a repeat of this scenario find another company that will give some sort of guarantee. I would certainly not recommend this company.Rating history and distribution
