• Please, please do NOT buy a car from this company. Allen was real nice till i had problems now all i get is shouted at. I had the car an hour before there was a problem, now i cant get my car back and trading standards have been informedPlease dont make the same mistake i have by the way i had to give it a star otherwise it wouldnt let me post

• What a shambles they tell you that they will fix the things you pick up on then don't give you warranty you don't get parts missing form car never re place lie after lie then you chase them don't answer your calls fob you off

• what a shower of an outfit I bought a car from these to find 4hrs later the heater matrix leaking &the cooling rad almost empty it's clear no cars checked & it's left to young lads to check all .they can become very arrogant & intimidating which I found out after refusing to pay any more than he previously quoted me . save your hard earned cash to someone who respects it stay clear

• Bought a terano 05 plate had it a week and the clutch pedal went normal for these I phoned up they came out picked my car up to repair they gave me an other car to use for work and when I phoned up always got an up date not only did they put a master and slave cylinder but the put a new clutch and pressure plate in do just got it back let's see how it fairs

• what a shambolic outift. Bought a hyundai coupe from them 4 weeks ago. Was on the road less than a mile when it developed an indicator problem. Then several more problems over the course of the following ten days. We took the car back for repair under the warranty offered. They've had the car two weeks and whilst the main faults have been repaired one they said was going to be repaired they have now decided it is not covered by warranty. Allan (the aforementioned loveley man) is not that lovely when you point out issues to him. He has literally thrown my wife out of his office this afternoon for refusing to sign a handwritten piece of paper saying she has checked the faults and they are all fixed. Err,, news flash, she's not a mechanic and isn't able to check the faults out on a showroom forecourt. "Lovely" Alan then tried telling her that the two month warranty has expired after one month (out of which i've only had the car two weeks) and patronisingly called my wife a 35 year old mother of two a silly little girl. The reason my wife picked it up and not me? When I rang them three days ago to check the state of the repair a guy who changes his name with every phone call got shirty with me over the phone so I hung up on him. He called my wife back but got her voice mail, insterad of disconnecting his call he accidentally left his phone recording on my wife's voice mail and called me and several other customers choice anglo saxon phrases (apparently the guy with the mondeo and myself are a right pair of w**kers for doubting him and giving him grief). So now we have the car back, they've blown the electrics in the cabin area "repairing" other faults, and although my car was parked up for the bulk of two weeks the've got through thirty pounds of petrol doing 64 miles. The upside, the mechanic doing the repair left his nr 6 blusher in the centre console? When my wife asked what had happened and who's make up was it/ hwo had been driving round in her husband's car "lovely Alan's" comment was "it's not mine, i stopped wearing makeup years ago. Integrity, honesty and transparency with customers not flippancy, insults and patronising overtures you glib muppet. Women now drive as much as men, alienating/patronising them is not a clever business plan.
